Tracker Trapper is a small Mac menu-bar app that keeps your coding agents' checklists in sight. Agents such as Codex and Claude Code report what they started, finished, or got stuck on, and the menu bar shows it as one tidy list. Add the iPhone companion to carry the same list in your pocket.

Quick start

  1. Install the Mac app. Download the preview, unzip it, move TrackerTrapper.app to Applications and open it. A checklist icon appears in your menu bar.
  2. Connect your agent. Open Settings → Setup, pick Codex or Claude Code, and choose Install / repair connection and skill.
  3. Start tracking. In your agent's conversation, type /tracker on (Claude Code) or $tracker on (Codex). The agent's checklist appears in the menu bar as it works.
  4. Optional: take it with you. Request iPhone beta access for widgets and notifications.

Early preview. Tracker Trapper is experimental software with limited testing. Keep backups and verify important work yourself. Report bugs on GitHub.
